The Peace Coaching process will go wherever you need to help you achieve peace, joy and fulfillment while achieving goals you never thought possible.
Our intake form will gather some initial information to help us get off to a quick start. We will explore:
Suffering is the emotional or mental distress that comes from resisting what is. While difficult or painful experiences are a normal part of life, dwelling on them, arguing with them, or fighting against reality can create unnecessary suffering. Letting go of that resistance allows for greater peace.
👉 Example: You might suffer over an email, voicemail, or disagreement with an employee, spouse, or family member—replaying it in your mind, fearing the worst, or overanalyzing a past conversation. On a deeper level, you may still be carrying the weight of a painful experience, finding it difficult to move forward.
Conflict arises when we experience tension within ourselves or with others. It often stems from differences in expectations, values, or unchecked emotions. Eliminating conflict isn’t about avoiding challenges, but rather approaching them with openness, awareness, and understanding.
👉 Example: Conflict can be obvious, like a disagreement with a subordinate or partner, or more subtle, like getting irritated with a stranger in a checkout line or during traffic. On a deeper level, it might involve unspoken resentments or unresolved issues with someone close to you.
Joy is a natural state that arises when we are fully present and connected to life’s inherent beauty. It is not something to chase—it already exists within us. Awakening joy often involves releasing the conflict or suffering that blocks it.
👉 Example: Joy often arises from the simplest moments—laughing with a friend or pausing to admire a sunset. Yet, joy can also feel distant. You might be highly productive, yet emotionally flat. On a deeper level, joy might be blocked by constant worry, fear of disappointment, or the belief that good things don’t come easy to you or that they won’t last.
Fulfillment comes from living in alignment with your values and priorities. It is about feeling a sense of meaning and satisfaction in your life. It is quite different from chasing or even obtaining external success. Cultivating fulfillment means recognizing what truly matters to you and consistently making choices that support those values.
👉 Example: You might feel fulfilled after an unexpected deep and meaningful conversation with a friend or completing a long-term project that you have worked hard on. But at other times, achievements or even milestones may feel hollow, as if something is somehow still missing. On a deeper level, fulfillment can be hard to find when life feels like your pursuits are only about meeting obligations rather than following a true sense of purpose.
Abundance includes financial well-being, but it’s true essence is deeper—it’s the feeling of being supported, connected, and at peace with what you have. It’s about shifting from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance, sufficiency and trust, regardless of circumstance.
👉 Example: You might feel abundant after a financial win, a great meal with friends, or during a special vacation. At other times, you may focus on what’s missing—never enough time, money, or opportunities. On a deeper level, abundance can be blocked by beliefs of unworthiness or fear that good things won’t last.
